Terms and Conditions (T&C) for The Scenic Route MCR.

Welcome to thescenicroutemcr.co.uk (the "Site"), owned and operated by The Scenic Route MCR ("I," "me," or "my"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site, the content provided, and the services offered. All photography services (e.g., weddings, portraits, commercial work) require a separate, formal Service Agreement or Contract signed by both parties. The terms within that separate contract will supersede any general terms listed here regarding service delivery, payment, cancellation, and image usage.

 

C. Quotations

Any price quotations or estimates provided on the Site or via the contact form are non-binding and subject to change until a formal contract is executed.

 

3. E-commerce and Shopify Shop

 

A. External Platform

The purchase of prints, products, or digital downloads is processed through an external e-commerce platform, Shopify (or specific app, if applicable). By clicking the Shop link and placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms and policies of Shopify and their payment processors.

 

B. Order and Payment Terms

All product descriptions, pricing, and payment processing are managed by the Shopify platform. I am not responsible for failures or errors in payment processing that occur on the external platform.

 

C. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

All terms related to product shipping, returns, and refunds for items purchased in the Shop are governed by the specific policies outlined on the Shopify store. Please review these policies prior to purchase. I will only be responsible for items damaged due to errors in my preparation or packaging.

 

4. Blog and User-Generated Content

The content posted in the Blog section is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. I make no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this blog.
